After an instruction on mountain biking, we start with a fun warm-up. Once everyone has mastered the mountain bike, we dive into the woods. Under the guidance of an experienced instructor, we ride along the most beautiful singletracks, past streams, meadows and beautiful views. Every now and then there is a short steep climb, just push yourself and you'll be at the top. As a reward, you whizz down.
